Before paying, you already had 14 days with the whole app. If you buy and regret it, you have 14 more to undo it.
How to request one
Write to support@usedita.com from the email used in the purchase, within 14 days. You do not have to say why; if you do, we actually read it.
The refund is processed by Paddle, which handles the sale, and goes back through the same payment method. How long it takes to show up on your statement is up to the payment method, not us.
What happens to the license
With the refund, the license stops being valid and the right to use ends. Statutory withdrawal rights where you live (14 days in the EU, for instance) sit inside this policy, not on top of it.
Abuse
Repeated requests or requests showing signs of fraud may be declined by Paddle, under their refund policy.
