Terms of use.

The purchase grants a personal, perpetual and non-transferable license to use Dita, valid on every Mac that is yours. It does not expire, does not renew and does not depend on an account: verification happens on your own computer.

You pay once and keep everything that comes after: every future update of Dita is included, forever, with no new charge and no separate paid version.

The license arrives by email as a signed block of text. Keep it; it is the proof of purchase and what activates the app.

Publish or pass on the license block, resell it, or use it to activate the app for someone who did not buy it. The software is provided as is, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; 89Dev's liability is limited to the amount paid.

Transcription and cleanup use your own account at the service you choose, billed by that service, outside this purchase. Dita resells neither the transcription nor the cleanup model: it only connects your Mac to the service, with your key.

14 days of refund, no questions asked, a window that already includes any statutory withdrawal right where you live, not added to it. The details are in the refund policy. With the refund, the license stops being valid: the app may no longer be used and receives no updates.
